Chapter 01 · Pick a set
Open the catalog,
pick the set that fits fes best.
Every set has real photos, a size list, brand, and open dates. Neko groups them by theme (Genshin, Idol, Maid…) so you don't have to scroll through every character.

Chapter 02 · Lock dates
Pay the rental fee —
Neko sends the booking ticket.
Rental fee and item deposit are two separate amounts. Neko emails a confirmation with the PayOS QR; once the rental fee lands, the set is locked to your dates.

Chapter 03 · Go to fes
Receive the set, go to fes,
return on time.
Neko sends pickup and return reminders via email and your account. You only need to send the set back clean — Neko handles inspection and dry-cleaning for the next renter.

Check accessories against the booking ticket checklist — all present, all happy.

Wear & shoot
Festival run or a photo shoot — your call. Neko just admires the pictures from afar.

Pack the set, write the order code on the box, and ship it back via SPX or Viettel Post.

Chapter 04 · Gentle rules
A few small rules
to keep the wardrobe pretty for the long run.
Rules in shop tone, not contract tone. Core stuff: keep the set clean, return on time, and ping Neko early if anything goes off. Neko always tries to be flexible.

Keep the set clean
Avoid coloured drinks, dust, and your own cat climbing on the costume.

Tell Neko if something slips
Light damage Neko handles — don't hide it; we'll sort it together.

Return on time
Late returns incur a slot-holding fee because the set is already booked for the next renter.

Item deposit 5–7 days before shipping
Neko sends reminders via email and your account. Ho Chi Minh City customers have 5 days before shipping, other provinces get 7. If you book close to the deadline, Neko bundles the rental fee + item deposit into a single PayOS payment so you don't transfer twice.

Miss the deposit window → order auto-cancels
If the item deposit lands past the window, Neko has to cancel the order to free the slot for someone else, and the rental fee already paid is non-refundable (the dates were locked). If something's blocking you, message Neko EARLY via Zalo or Facebook — Neko always tries to be flexible when the reason is genuine.

Transparent deposit
Item deposit refunds right after inspection — history lives in your Orders section.

Cancellations — only before the shop ships
You can cancel before the order ships. Once the shop finalises the tracking code, self-cancel is closed — Neko needs to handle exceptions directly. The rental fee is non-refundable (the dates were locked for the shop), but the item deposit refunds 100% because the set never left the wardrobe.
